The workshop equipment is the lifeblood of JSWAY CNC — and lifeblood must be kept spotless.
At 14:00 on August 30, a company-wide “Equipment Cleaning Day” kicked off in the JSWAY machining workshop. Executives, R&D, quality-control, export, and logistics teams closed their laptops, picked up rags, brushes, and vacuum cleaners, and became dedicated “equipment custodians.” Their mission: to ensure that every machine now gleams like a mirror and continues to deliver micron-level accuracy for customers worldwide.
In precision machining, cleanliness is not optional—it is mandatory.
Across the aisle, the JSWAY team was deep-cleaning a five-axis machining center. Panels were removed, internal structures exposed, and specialized vacuum tools used to extract metal fines from every corner. The standard was simple: no dust on fingertips, no oil in sight.
Since relocating from Zhongshan Xiaolan to Banfu Town, JSWAY has expanded from 10,000 m² to 50,000 m². In three years, the company has covered the domestic market and opened channels in Europe, America, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Phase II is under construction and will add capacity for a further fleet of turn-mill centers. Expanding markets demand ever-higher product quality and production environments—making today’s equipment cleaning campaign a critical step toward building an international-grade production line.
After hours of cleaning, the workshop sparkles: machines gleam, floors are spotless, tools are neatly arranged. This special deep-clean has swept away more than dust; it has set new standards and united everyone’s focus.
