JSWAY CNC grew from humble beginnings. Starting with a second-hand gantry milling machine, the enterprise has adhered to independent R&D and innovation for years. To improve the quality and production capacity of Swiss-type lathes, JSWAY CNC invested 150 million yuan to upgrade its modern standardized workshop and deployed more than 40 large precision processing equipment. Core procedures including rough and finish machining of castings, self-developed high-precision motor spindles, spindle assembly, turret structure commissioning and machine frame calibration, as well as final assembly and testing, are all completed digitally and standardly. Supported by automated production lines, the consistency of precision and durability of every precision Swiss-type lathe and turn-mill machine tool are guaranteed.

The robust production system delivers solid capacity and reliable product quality. Currently, JSWAY CNC can roll out 300 high-precision mother machine tools monthly, and stock 350 sets of modular core components for Swiss-type lathes to meet mass orders and customized requirements. Featuring high precision, high efficiency and great stability, its machines suit deep processing of various slender shafts and tiny complex parts. They are widely adopted in liquid cooling equipment, medical devices, intelligent robots, new energy, UAV and other high-end sectors, providing reliable equipment for high-precision component machining.
