I. The Essence of Balance

Dynamic balancing of an electro-spindle is not simply “adding or removing weights”; it is about ensuring that the rotating body keeps its center of gravity coincident with its rotational axis at every moment and angle. Once the center of gravity drifts, centrifugal force acts like an invisible hand, pushing against bearings, exciting vibration and amplifying noise—ultimately devouring micron-level accuracy in imperceptible tremors.


II. The Journey of Balance
  1. Pre-balance: Natural Ageing + Low-Speed Running-in
    Castings are left to stand so internal stress dissipates slowly; low-speed idling allows bearing raceways to form an even oil film. This is the first “relaxation” of dynamic balancing.
  2. Fine Balance: Laser Scanning + Cloud Compensation
