In the assembly workshop of JSWAY CNC Company, a special "Deep Cultivation Plan" is underway.

Colleagues from various departments have embarked on a three-day intensive learning program—not by sitting in conference rooms listening to lectures, but by standing directly on the assembly line, personally participating in basic tasks involved in assembling Swiss-type lathes and turn-mill centers. They are gaining a hands-on understanding of the products within the scope of their individual capabilities.

This learning activity was meticulously designed to form a complete training system:

Colleagues started by cleaning the bed guideways, learning how JSWAY's unique constant-temperature natural aging process ensures the long-term stability of the bed structure. "This is what we often call the 'foundation project'—now we've finally seen it with our own eyes," one participant remarked.

In the Swiss-type lathe assembly area, a colleague expressed amazement: "I never realized that ensuring the bar stock doesn't vibrate at high speeds requires such precise fitting clearance. This directly affects the roundness accuracy of the machined parts."

The three-day workshop training fostered new connections among colleagues from different departments. Finance colleagues now better understand why investing in high-precision inspection equipment is necessary; administrative staff comprehend the importance of a constant-temperature workshop for ensuring accuracy; and marketing colleagues have mastered more professional and relatable language to communicate with customers.
