Features

1. Double spindles double turrets design, one time clamping to complete the product turning, milling, drilling, tapping...etc compound processing, using Germany SAUTER 12 station BMT55 servo power turret, tool quick changed, tool changed re-positioning accuracy 0.003mm, large milling power, strong rigidity, 12 stations can be installed with 90°/0° power head.
2. Built-in 11KW electric main spindle and auxiliary spindle, fast response speed, reduce the vibration and thermal deformation under high-speed operation, to ensure the high rigidity and stability of the spindle, spindle runout <2um to meet a variety of processing needs, suitable for high-precision, high surface quality requirements processing field. Dual channel operation, main spindle, auxiliary spindle can be independently processed at the same time, shorten the total processing time.
3. X\Y\Z axial motor power 1.8KW Yaskawa servo motor.
4. All axes are equipped with high precision double preload ball rod to ensure positioning and repositioning accuracy.
5. Thread rod 40/32mm large lead 12/10mm pitch, guide rail 45/35 roller guide rail.
6. Machine body, motor frame, bearing holder, X-axis drag plate are all connected structure to ensure the mechanical structure accuracy and enhance rigidity.
7. With 30° interpolation Y-axis mechanical structure, which the turret gravity center is always within the range of the saddle slide, so that the milling rigidity is greatly strengthened, the Y-axis travel (±50mm), can be processed complex parts, even in the compact machine space layout, also can be large diameter processing.
